Current Processing Time:

  • Custom Shirts - 3 to 5 business days
  • Virtual Holiday Show - within 1 business day (All of these items are currently made and in stock ready to go!)
  • Handmade Toys & Gifts - 1 to 3 business days
  • Add Monogrammed non-shirt items - 1 to 2 weeks (Bags & Totes/Etched Cups etc.)

I sent a message, when should I expect a response:

I will answer messages received during business hours before end of business day. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-3pm while all three kids are at school. Weeknights and weekends are family time so it may take until the following business day for a response.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please keep in mind, due to the nature of my products, custom and personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double and triple check spellings of personalized names when listing them in Notes to Seller. Refunds/exchanges will not be given for customers errors. However, if I make a mistake on my part I will do my best to make it right. If there is an error or problem with your order I must be notified within 2 days of receipt of your package.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel the order - it must be done within the first 24 hours - no exceptions!

  • Refunds are not given due to failure to order early enough or not understanding the turnaround time or delayed by USPS.
  • Refunds are not given on any personalized items, once they have been stitched - for any reason. If an error was made on our part - we will definitely work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds are not given if the incorrect size is ordered. The size charts are offered for you to find the best fitting size. Simply measure a good fitting shirt and compare against the chart provided.
  • Rush Fees are non-refundable.

Care Instructions:

Shirts and dresses should be turned inside-out, washed cold, gentle cycle, lay flat to dry or tumble dry low.

Personalization:

When providing information for personalization please double check spelling and age provided. As items are custom made returns/exchanges are not accepted.

Processing time and rush orders:

When ordering please take into account current processing time plus shipping time selected. If you need an item faster than my posted turnaround time, please contact me PRIOR to ordering. Rush orders are only accepted on a limited basis and vary based on my current schedule and order volume. Unless arrangements are made PRIOR to ordering, your order will be shipped according to the current posted turnaround time. Rush requests made WITHOUT prior approval will NOT be honored and will not be refunded.

Rush order upgrades start at $5.00 and up PER ITEM. A rush upgrade will vary based on the length of the rush turnaround time/complexity of the design requested. Thank you for your understanding!
